Before they were bigwigs at CBS, and before we were all good friends, Jeff Marks and Adam Elend, producers of Moblogic, made an amazing documentary about an incredible attorney named Stephen Bright. This is the trailer for their documentary, “Fighting for Life in the Deathbelt”. Jeff posted it today because Steve just won a Supreme Court case and got his clients death penalty overturned because of racial bias in the trial. Everything about this man is inspirational. Check it out.

My hero Steve Bright got word today that he won his most recent case at the Supreme Court. We made a documentary about Steve and his law firm the Southern Center for Human Rights a few years ago. Steve has been representing death row inmates in the South for 25 years, and you can check out the trailer above and get a little taste for who Steve is and what his team does.
